News, articles and scientific publications about İshak Pasha Palace were scanned and a short evaluation of these is given in the book. These sources were used at parts of the ruined places where their restitution identifications were made. The region where İshak Pasha Palace stands is briefly introduced in geographical and topological terms for the reader's orientation. Because of the fact that the inscriptions found at the palace have the quality of original document and that they give the truest information about the structure, writing of the inscriptions with ancient letters, their pronunciation in Turkish and meanings, information of documentary quality and, in addition to that, stone mason's cachets, their samples and their places were determined and presented as documents about the building of the Palace.
